Recooty allows you to create and customize scorecards for structured and consistent interview feedback. Scorecards can be tailored for specific interview rounds, helping interviewers evaluate candidates.

Steps to Customize a Scorecard

Step 1: Access the Interview Scorecard Section

  1. Log in to your Recooty Dashboard.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and navigate to Settings > Templates > Interview Scorecards.

Step 2: View or Create a New Scorecard

  1. In the Interview Scorecards section, you can view pre-built scorecards.

  2. To create a new scorecard:

    • Click on “Create New

    • Provide a suitable name for the scorecard (e.g., "HR Round Scorecard") to reflect its purpose.

Step 3: Add Questions/Feedback Fields to a Scorecard

  1. Click on “Add a New Field.

  2. Enter the question or feedback point you want interviewers to evaluate, e.g., "Communication Skills" or "Teamwork."

  3. Customize the options:

    • Set the field as Required or Optional.

    • Select the type of input needed for this feedback, like:

      • Star Rating

      • Number Rating

      • Text Field

      • Paragraph

      • Drop-Down

      • Multiple Choice

  4. Click “Insert this Field” to add it to the scorecard.

  5. Repeat the process to add more questions/fields as needed for the specific interview round.

💡 Use the Preview Toggle to see how your scorecard will look once completed.

Step 4: Finalize and Save the Scorecard

  1. Once all fields are added, click “Create.

  2. Your custom scorecard is now saved and ready to use during interview rounds.
